Ypsolopha alpella

([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775)458 / 17.008

General comments:
This is a moth of oak woodland, flying at night, but not always coming to light so that running light traps in a wood is not on its own sufficient to record it. As a result, it is suspected that this species is under-recorded.

Recorded in 17 (41%) of 41 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1890.
Last Recorded in 2023.
